Statue of Liberty is the pride and symbol of New York City, it was not made in New York. The statue was designed by French sculptor Frederic Auguste who got the name Barthol. The first was built in France and in the flats in 1874. Statue of Goddess of Independence is on offer by the people of France to the American people, as a birthday gift to American independence 100.
